Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Postify ("Service") at postifyapp.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time with 30 days notice.
By creating an account, you confirm: You are at least 18 years old, you have the legal authority to bind yourself to these Terms, and you will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.

Service Description
Postify is an automated social media posting service that:
- Connects to your Shopify store to fetch product information
- Uses artificial intelligence to generate social media captions
- Automatically posts your products to connected social media platforms
- Manages posting schedules, product rotation and platform-specific formatting
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
Section 03
Account Registration
To use Postify, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date
You may not create accounts using automated methods or create multiple accounts for the same store without our written permission.
Section 04
Subscription & Payments
Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial.
Paid Subscription: After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription at $49/month billed monthly.
Billing: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
Price Changes: We will provide 30 days notice before any price changes. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
💳 We never store your credit card information. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
Section 05
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Postify only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use our Service to:
- Post content that violates Facebook, Instagram or any platform's terms of service
- Distribute spam, misleading content or false advertising
- Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive or defamatory
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Post content involving adult material, violence or hate speech
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract our source code
- Use our Service in any way that could damage, disable or impair it
- Resell or sublicense our Service without written permission
Platform Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with all social media platform policies including Meta's Community Standards and Advertising Policies.
Section 06
Your Content & Data
Ownership: You retain full ownership of your Shopify product data, images and any content posted through our Service.
License to Us: By using Postify, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access your product data and social media accounts solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content posted through our Service. Postify is a tool — the content originates from your store and you are the publisher of record on all social platforms.
Data Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring your product information, prices and descriptions are accurate and not misleading.
Section 07
Third Party Services
Postify integrates with third-party services including Shopify, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or reliability of third-party services. Changes to third-party APIs or policies may affect our Service, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted integration.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of all connected third-party platforms.
Section 08
Intellectual Property
The Postify platform, including its software, design, logos and AI-generated captions (to the extent they don't incorporate your product data), are owned by Postify and protected by intellectual property laws.
AI-generated captions created using your product data are considered your content for the purposes of social media posting.
You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works of our platform without written permission.
Section 09
Disclaimers & Limitations
Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by service outages.
Social Media Results: We make no guarantees about the results of social media posts including engagement, reach, followers or sales. Results vary by industry, content and platform algorithms.
AI-Generated Content: While we use advanced AI to generate captions, we recommend reviewing posts periodically. We are not responsible for AI-generated content that may be inaccurate.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postify's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Important: Postify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Section 10
Termination
By You: You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support@postifyapp.com.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law or platform policies.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Service will end. We will delete your data within 30 days per our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.
Section 11
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for claims that qualify for small claims court.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
